Err... Medhurst Stable Gypsies - Kind Of?

Medhurst Stable Gypsies got a new facility! Well, at least for now. We found this nice little facility which is very close to English Yew, which MSG is starting a lease on for the summer. This may become a permanent resident if its decided this is a better facility, as of now, we're not quite sure. Nonetheless, it's a great little place and I hope we stay! I'll have photos up later, since we're not quite fully moved in. Todays updates are at the new MSG, and I think a lot of the following updates will too, since it's a trail ride away from EYEC, and has nicer arena's than our dinky little sand arena.
Introducing Splodge IW

Splodge, or Snoopy, as Burton has named him, was supposed to be my new horse, but Burton's pretty much claimed him as his own. I'll hand it to him, they do look like a perfect pair. Burton's leg isn't strong enough to be back to properly riding, he just does walk/trot warm ups on Snoopy for me. (as you can tell, his equitation is pretty messy) The rest of the time, I'm riding Snoopy.
Snoopy's been fantastic so far! He's definitely strong in the forehand, it's that kind of fun strong though, he doesn't feel like he's fighting with me. Burt on the other hand, has expressed that he's a bit pushy with him, and Burt has to really work to get Snoopy to work together with him. Though, Burton still really loves this horse. Some people just click y'know? I'm super excited for this horse, though he's been a little confused with the climate change, I think he's going to be fantastic and really excel in his job!

This horse is actually Burton's, and he purchased him a week or so back (wonder if you can guess when.) Windsor, aka Windy, is a four year old clydesdale that Burton purchased to become a low-level eventer. I'm going to be working with him of course because of Burton's injury. Windy is like a giant puppy, and constantly demands attention and treats. Biggest downside to him is that he is so bloody SLOW. My legs ache after having to squeeze this big horse on constantly. I warned Burton about this when he decided to get a Clydesdale again, usually the bigger and draftier the horse, the more leg they needs. In Burt's case, a horse that involves a lot of leg is not a good idea. Though, I am willing to work with this horse, and he's already having improvement. He still moves like a draft, and I'm dreading the whole dressage thing, since he has that very trademark Clydesdale trot, and it's hard to make him extend. Windsors cute, but lord oh lord, he needs a lot of work.

and windsor... you mustve purchased him on the royal wedding day right? he looks so cute! his color is really pretty and the dapples are super cute. i love how you incorporate the horses personalities into your blog updates!
this is what I have been working on, and I had to reinstall my sims because my game was pretty much shot. It works now, BUT, I have to re-fence the whole entire world because for some reason the fences will not show up in game :,) so there's the update on my suffering currently
