Forum Rules & Guidelines
- You must be at least 18 years old to join.
- To maintain a community feel, your server nickname must be in the 'First Last' format. Please ensure your display name is the same here and on our Discord.
- Please do not use usernames, server names, or numbers in your display name.
- Your avatar shouldn’t be obscene, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Be friendly, courteous, and mindful of how you present your comments, thoughts, and ideas on the forum.
- No mini-modding. If you see something going on that is making you uncomfortable, report it.
Rules of Conduct
Come here with a community mindset.
Be mindful of including others and hold space for them to be seen, heard, and valued. We all come from different backgrounds and some of us may have special needs. Please keep this in mind by making the server a safe space for all.
Treat everyone with equal respect.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, witch-hunts, sexism, racism, and hate-speech. We are a LGBTQ+ safe community. Everyone has a seat at our table!
Take your drama outside.
This is not the right place for hosting heated debates, making incendiary comments, ranting and raving, bringing up sensitive topics, or starting public arguments. Also, always be mindful of how you correct misinformation. Be constructive, not critical.
We're here to learn and grow, together.
Not everyone here is going to be an equine expert. If asked, offer constructive feedback and always be supportive when people make mistakes. If someone is trying to help you, be open-minded and receptive to feedback. Overall, please do not give unsolicited advice to others.
Make this a safe place for creative expression.
Everyone is free to show up here as they are, feel supported in their ideas, and be celebrated for their originality without judgment.
Don't babysit other members.
The reason for the age restriction is because I expect everyone to act like adults while they're here. No mini-modding or tattling. Only @ the admin if someone is causing harm by breaking these rules.
Be mindful of how you're communicating.
Think twice before hitting the publish button and speak in the way you'd want to be spoken to.
Follow the posting guidelines.
Some of the boards have their own posting guidelines. In order to keep posts tidy, organized, and easy to browse, please follow the posting guidelines accordingly.
Be supportive & uplifting.
