EASTER BREEDERS SHOWCASE 
Kicking off the show season '18
❈ 22. March 2018 ❈
Why hello there! I give you a warm welcome to our new album, I'm so pleased to see you! This will be the place where I ramble about random stuff and give you all an insight into everything that happens behind the scenes. Sometimes you'll also find stories here, but I'm going to try to keep my stories in the Pony Tales section of the forum, so please keep an eye out there if you want to read all those stories! I also want to share with everyone that the plan is to only have a few horses registered with the ESPRG for now. Other horses will be shown here occasionally and will get as much love as the others, some even may be entered in shows, but I only want a few horses in the ESPRG because it is meant to be a slow progress thing and I don't want to fill up my stables just yet. Back to the reason why we're here; pictures! As some of you might know we have recently kicked off the showing season of 2018 by entering the Easter Breeders Showcase. We lined up the best of the best, Aasmarka's most beloved and horses we know will have a bright future. We do have other horses as well, but these four horses are registered within the ESPRG and are the main characters of our stable. I decided not to write any stories attached to these pictures, the reason is, simple enough, that I'm not quite sure about my storyline just yet and I want everything to be synced, but fear not, the stories will come! Let's get to it then;  First off we have my pride and joy - Aasmarka's Charmaine together with her mommy Elektra. Their handler is Per Rønning which I got from ariadne a very long time ago. It's about time that he's out in the world and shows his face at events like this (not that his face is visible at any of these pictures lmao) ♥  Next up is Aasmarka's Dancing Elektra, also known as Elektra. Elektra is the first Norwegian warmblood that arrived at Aasmarka, which makes her a legend. Also here is Per Rønning the handler.   Above you can see Aasmarka's Séraphine and her mommy RDEC Hanariva. Sera has a very impressive pedigree, she is sired by WEC/HCP Secret Accident which is a grandson of the first and well-known LEC Call Me Casanova. (I'm fangirling over him!! he is just so amazing!) On the other side she has RDEC Hanariva as her dam, which is a granddaughter of RDEC Trinidad. I did write a little story in this entry, because she means a lot to me and has such a big personality; so I added it above for you to see.   This stunning fella is Caramac AT, also known as Big Mac. We are still not sure if he is named Big Mac because he is big or if it is because his dapples remind us of a Big Mac burger bun from McDonald's (lmao, this is just a joke, don't take it too seriously guys).I got this guy from eowyn over at EC for about half a year ago, and he has been a spreadsheet slave ever since. This is about to change, he is finally getting all the attention he deserves!
That is all I have for now!
I also want to mention one thing - my tablet is dead. It has been dead for over a year now. So all these manes and tails were edited with a freakin' MOUSE. So I just really want to apologize if they look odd or out of place, they are made with hate, sweat and tears - and a mouse. So there you have the reason!

First off,
Charmaine, what an adorable little filly! I love the contrast of the tobiano markings and her dark bay colour, surely a show stopper!
Elektra, love,love,love her colours, and I love the stripes on her hooves, it makes her looks so clean and pretty!
Sera, ofc beautiful colour, shes got a cute little bulid and I love her markings, she looks just like her mum!
Caramac, goodness I'm in love with that golden stallion! His dapples are stunning, and I love his unique little markings! good luck!

BORN IN THE MOUNTAINS
Presenting the Norwegian Coldblooded Trotter to Equus Sims

There's so much to tell you guys, I just can't fit everything into one post so each paragraph will be really short here, I hope it's okay!
Today I want to show you some really exciting news for Aasmarka! I've been wanting to do this for a really long time but never found the time to actually do it. The last two-three days I've been working non-stop on a template, but not just any template! Yesterday it was finished, and I created a coat which I spent a long time on, so many shades and details! But now it's time to introduce you to Quite Expensive AH - A mealy bay Norwegian Coldblooded Trotter mare. This girl was born in this very meadow, between the mountains. She has been living a natural horse life ever since, in her herd of youngsters, mares, and geldings. She, like the rest of our Coldblood Trotters, will go barefoot. This breed usually has a strong hoof-quality and have absolutely no need for shoes, not even in harness racing!

Just a brief introduction to this breed(More will come later!)
The Norwegian Coldblooded Trotter is bred for Harness Racing obviously and is one of Norway's four national horse breeds. The Coldblood Trotter has a relatively small and square head with large nostrils, it is well suited for the cold conditions in Scandinavia, and it can develop large amounts of winter hair, having less to no need for blankets in winter. They are also quite furry and usually has thick mane and tail and a great number of hoof feathers! As you might have noticed by now, they are light-draft horses!
Also, as you can see in the background there is a huge mountain, yep, it's Praaven. Good guess! Some might have noticed that sometime real soon, I'll release my own version of praaven! I have changed the terrain paints and recolored the trees and plants specifically for this world. It is currently under testing but I'm excited to tell you that sometime in May it will be out for the public, for everyone to enjoy!
  I'm so sorry for this lazy edit! I didn't bother with drawing a whole new tail or mane, so I let the one from the game stay on and only tweaked it a little bit - it's so hard to do flowing manes with just a mouse, so I had to take a shortcut... Sorry guys! 
As you can see, the manes an tails are poor quality, I'm still stuck with just a mouse and editing manes and tails with it is really hard! You don't get the awesome flow in them and it's hard to control the mouse like with a pen and tabled.. but I hope it's decent enough!
I also want to thank everyone for commenting, it really warms my heart ♥ With that being said, I want to mention that I will throw in some CC here occasionally for my followers if I get any, because I really appreciate that people rather comment than hitting the like button!

I have put in so much work in all three of them, and of course Eowyn is an amazing creator that pulled off Big Mac! He is surely stunning and I am the happiest owner when taking pics of his cute little face, he is adorable with the markings!
