Welcome, we'll show you around♡ -Pt.1- The Barns
Our facilities cover a large area, most of which not accessible by cars, but worry not! We try to leave christiania bikes with our logo hanging everywhere, you are free to borrow them any time. Maps can be found in the walls of every barn, and if you still get lost, give us a call. For safety reasons, please always carry your mobile phone with you, and stay on the marked paths if you're not with the guide. Camping and fishing is allowed everywhere, and so is swimming, with or without horses^^
Artemon barn is our main barn and the largest one ,with 23 box stalls, wash stall, tack room, office/break room and feed room. This is the home for the riding school horses and those private horses whose owners wish them to be stalled indoors.
Most of our horses live with their herd in these paddocks and can decide if they want to be outdoors or inside these open barns. Ah, the amount of loose winter fur of Finnhorses and Iceys in the spring, it's everywhere... There's five of these barns and paddocks, and they can easily be divided or combined to suit to the different needs of every herd.
Glettni barn is our oldest one, and in desperate need of renovation nicely matured charmingly overgrown. It currently serves as a tack room and the quest barn, until we find time, money, and inspiration to give it a full facelift.
Well I quess that's it for now... Pt.2. Of our arenas and trails coming very soon!

There is just so much detail in your builds..I'm looking forward to seeing it filled with people (and horses!). As Zinnia said, it looks so cozy, you found such good use for the CC that's out there. I find it all very inspirational!

Welcome, we'll show you around♡ -Pt.2- Arenas and trails
Camilla arena, 40x 60m arena we use for show jumping. Like our barns aren named after our horses in the past, the arenas have their name after our ancestors.
Muriel arena, 20x 40m dressage arena with a cute little cafe by its side
This may be the only time you can see this indoor arena empty. It's 20x40m, and can be heated if needed. We are currently building another one, about the same size, trying to get rid of the constant traffic jam in this one.
The 250m oval track. We set up the tents for the Gæðingakeppni judges in the past, but are not planning to take them down anymore, they're so cozy places to sip your coffee and watch icey riders train.
We have almost endless amount of trails we're very proud of. The guided riding tours vary from beginner rides in lead rope to full speed gallop for skilled riders and 2-4 day trips from a camping ground to another. Finnhorses and Icelandics are both well known as great trail horse breeds, surefooted and rarely spooky.
