shame on me for not knowing names, but the black horse with the little star looks so pretty! They have such a sweet face No! Shame on me for not listing them  I will have to edit it and add them into future posts! The boy with the little star is Sir Amour HX  Beautiful horses  Thankyou Lovely Horses you have there, and Robine looks so proud of herself in that entry  Your other entries are stunning too, such cuties Thankyou Nikki Lets hope she does our proud! Some gorgeous looking faces! Can't wait to see more from you! Your foal crop is incredibly tempting as well but I'm not sure how I would ship a horse from AUS to Cali!! Every morning we take a handful of horses out for a trail ride to stretch and relax, even our competition mounts need to a breather from day to day work. Living in Australia has many perks but I think having access to amazing coastlines and beaches is hands down the best. We have our own private beach access to which we use frequently to exercise our horses, this mornings ride was most eventful.
We have lots of amazing wildlife where our Illawarra is situated but none of those come close to the ocean life that frequents our shores. The dolphins are quite the curious creature at the best of times, but horses are another thing!
It took some time for our horses to realize that these weird grey shadows aren't quite as scary as they seemed.

  Our newest arrival; Gingernuts. A super awesome chestnut Thoroughbred stallion from Maci Collins
After a successful racing career and a racing injury, Jerry as he is more formerly known has made his way across the ocean to Illawarra to stand at stud, he can no longer race or is fit for competition but he still loves his once a week exercise and hoon in the paddocks. |

It's not very often we are at a lost when we are unable to find a suitable home for a horse at the time, Sadly during our 2018 sale, Saltspray or Beeker as he is known around the farm, did not find a home that would be beneficial to him so he is still at Illawarra. While we find a suitable new home, Beeker is now under saddle and is making fantastic progress, we took him out on his first ever trail ride and he was a superstar! He is a very sensitive horse and is still having issues with being very girthy so bareback is what we are working on at the moment, not that he is at all fazed. He is somewhat unflappable out on the farm, he just needs reassurance. We are hoping to find a new home soon for this stunning boy.   |
