NEW FOUNDATION
FT. KAine's ELIWOOD
I wish I had some kind of story to go with but I don't haha. Lots of rebranding has been happening at Kaine so we've imported 3 new stallions to start our lines. This guy here is just one of them, Kaine's Eliwood or Eli.

HORSE DUMP
FT. TOO MANY NEW HORSES Devon's Anneke a new broodmare from Annie S. . We've been looking to expand our broodmare lines so we swapped a mare of our own for the lovely Annie (Annie from Annie hehe). So far she is a bit timid in her new environment (she must be the only chestnut mare in the world who ISN'T a b*tch). For now we have her in a holding pasture at a facility a bit further away from our main buildings while we finalize her paperwork and vaccinations. Hopefully once she settles in we'll be able to find her some pasturemates to keep her company. She also was more recently featured at the Karelia Halter Show and we look forward to seeing the results. Tanns Krombacher was from a breeding to a stallion of aliisa , Tanns Sommerprinz. Only a few breeding slots were available and we were truly honored to be selected. Krom's dam is a mare known as Santana KN who we brought with us to the Karelia Halter show. His lineage has been known for exceptional performance in show jumping and eventing so we hope he will carry on that legacy but he is quite young still at only 3 years old so we'll be giving him ample time to be a youngster. Kaine's Velveteen is Hanoverian mare we imported for our eventing team. I've wanted to focus more on creating our own lines so she will make a fine broodmare one day once she finishes competing.
This was actually a post meant for the other forum. I was in the middle of typing it up when the forum started to go down and I just never got around to finishing it so some of the content is a bit out of date but better late than never right? I'm not really sure what I want to say here because I've been feeling a bit...out of it? There are so many new features and things going on that I really really want to participate in but I now realize how tiring its been to make photos and edit. Of course I do love doing that and it doesn't feel like a chore at all but with how busy I am this semester, its just incredibly tiring for me. So until further notice, I'm stepping back from sims and putting all my progress on hold.
This isn't really a "GOODBYE EVERYONE FAREWELL" post but more like a refocusing status update/hiatus type thing. I'll still be around snooping here and on slack so I'm not sending any horses back but until I find the motivation again, I don't expect to be as active as I've been. I'm sure I'll end up missing sims so I'll probably drop in to post whatever random photo I find laying around but otherwise I'll just be your local lurker.

No shame in taking a break to focus on schooling--it takes a lot of work to do sims stuff, and it'll always be here for you to come back to. Good luck in your studies!

Looks like Annie's doing well, precious girl she is <3 Krombacher is such a majestic creature, magazine cover. I remember Velveteen from slack and she's stunning! The atmosphere on your photos is so cool and soft.
