Haha, you have a long way to your stable then! Oh, my favourite is of course the Finnshorse, I have to be proud of it, but I also love Icelandic horses. I have just learned about the North Swedish Horse, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen one. They seem cute and nice horses too. I didn't notice before that you have a site too, that's cool! Very nice looking. I started reading the story already Though I find it a bit hard to navigate, but the chapters can easily be opened in another tab. Beautifull pictures you have abput the horses! And the stable looks really neat. I don't have a site for it yet, but for the past two years I've been creating a story about an imaginary small Finnish village in some 90's, and I just have to say because it's so funny coincidence, that two of my main characters are Beata Lind and Henrika Lehtonen, both with just one letter different from the name of the owner of you stable I've been thinking about changing Beata to something more Finnish, but I'm already so used to it by now. The characters were mostly born by chance during game play, so the names aren't really thought through for the story. But so nice that you're writing your story to be in Finland! I've been at Lemmenjoki as a kid in the summer holidays, but I can't really remember anything, but if there's something you'd like to know about FInland for your story, just ask, I'll do my best to help you

Haha, yeah a long way x) I reaaally like finnhorses too ** I think they are very balanced, and I love the different morphologies you can find (and they are so sweet <3) Well thanks for the website I think I'll do something more erginomic ! And hope the story and pic were alright ^^ Haha wow I must say that I searched on the internet to find some "real" names (I only know frenchy names so ...) I am pretty impatient to read your story tho Are you going to publish it on equussims ? I'm glad you're excited about it Actually I have a few question concerning the day/night cycle ... at what time the sun come up and down ? especially in winter and summer ! I have troubles adaptating as it's not really on the same latitude than france ...

Haha, I understand I actually like the name Luukas, it's a bit oldish name that I think is making a come back, as people have started naming their kids after their granparents. They don't sound so old any more, they're trendy. Luukas would also be a really nice horse's name for an old horse, because then you could call it as "luukasa" as well, meaning "a pile of bones" in a very loving way to call names Day and night cyckle can be really tricky! I found this article (https://bit.ly/2Ih2KIv) that quicly explains the official sun rise and set times in Helsinki in the South and Sodankylä in the North, and Jyväskylä in the middle. In my opinion, we have darkness from October to February, and too much light from June to July, and I live currently in Helsinki That would be even worse in Lemmenjoki, where there is actual Polar Night in the winter and the Midnight Sun in the summer. So yeah, it's from a complete darkness to utter light in a year. Very hard to tolerate some times. It's easier to deal with light, since you can buy curtains to block it, but being in the darkness for several months takes it's toll. Though I have had proper curtains for just two years and have suffered insomnia most of my life in the summer... 😅 And then add the sounds of the birds to that! It's currently 4 am as I'm writing this (insomnia anyway, with the curtains or not) and it's already rather light outside. If you stay up late, you may not be able to tell the time, since you don't know if it's a sun set or rise when you look outside. I liked your story, and the pictuers, oh my! It's very fast phasing, and you've made a really nice mix of a diary and basic storytelling. Though I have to say that I lost the track of time, when Katri disappeared. It's hard to survive in the woods even in the warmth of summer (horse of course is a good source of heath) but any other time of the year it's days or even hours that you survive without proper equipment or external heath source, esoecially without enough food. Maybe she has a neat hiding place...? Have to wait for the story to continue! I was once on a winter hike in Lapland in February, and I had some winter equipment but they weren't as nearly enough, and the coldest night in a tent was -34 Celcius degrees. I swear I'll never do that againg, I was honestly afraid that I die of cold if I fall asleep. Helsinki was apparently the warmest city in Europe yesterday. The weather is always surprising. I bet we have snow coming in June... I have just purchased the missing expansions I had and my new PC should be here any day, so I'm starting to recreate my story when I get it all set up. I was thinking about writing it for a year and then publish the first piece in May, as the story starts with my protagonist heading to summer holiday, but maybe that's a bit long time. I have had it forming up for so long already... Maybe I give it a long prologue I have too much work and school to do, and of course, the short summer is coming, so I have to be outside when ever I can. If the summer is as rainy and cold as the two summers before, then I can sit on the computer as much as possible. I haven't yet really decided if I write it in Finnish or English, though there would be no one to read it if it was in Finnish Whoa, a long post. Sorry for any clerical errors, I was on my phone I think I head back to sleep. Took me almost an hour with this post, hah. It helped with my work stress, like Sims and horses always
