I'm Sarah Winters, a 27 yo Irish girl, owner of the new founded farm Southside Valley, which is dedicated to breeding top quality competition horses, which are not only high quality in talent, but most of all we emphasize on breeding horses with top character who will be sport partner and friend of their owners.
The farm has been my dream since I was just a little child who went crazy whenever I saw a horse somewhere. I never thought I could make this dream come true, but luck was on my side when won the lottery at a very young age. I didn't hesitate one second and went looking for farms that are for sale and would suit my needs. That's when I found a lovely large estate not far away from my hometown Drogheda in Ireland. It literally is in the middle of nowhere and perfect for my plans.
There is still so much to do, most of the stalls on the property are still empty, but I will take my time to search for the horses I want to breed and compete with. Also I will need some help sooner or later, because the work on this large property and the hores gets overwhelming. But for now, here is one first impression of the main barn with mostly empty stalls and my lovely Trakehner Tobiano mare Arya.
