To those who haven't been blessed with being close to Ulfridur, or loved, she can come off cold and mysteriously quiet, but the reality is that Ulfridur feels, sees, knows far more than she will ever admit to anyone. True to her far off Viking roots, and living up to her name, she doesn't take sh*t from anyone who tries to start trouble or drama in her household, her property or about anyone under her wing. Her favorite things to do is to drink tea, curl up in the hay loft with the barn cats and watch the rain. The stillness, the quiet lets the Wolf think, plan, and enjoy the world without worrying about having to smile or look pretty for the cameras.
While she does enjoy being alone sometimes, Ulfridur equally enjoys being around those she loves, mentors and considers a valuable member of her clan (that's what she calls the peeps at Helm Lock!). She will defend them to her last breath, to bring honor to the Kingdom and her home. Ulfridur lives up to her name, the beautiful Wolf, because she believes that in order to honor the blood of her ancestors, she must remember their hearts, their minds that lived and breathed for love, loot and life.

A tiny bit mysterious, no one really knows a whole lot about Madeline, or the magical ways on how she can always seem to charm even the most difficult of horses to listen to her. Dubbed the 'animal whisperer,' Madeline is a real life Snow White, and prefers the strange and unusalities of the world as her norm. Books, paints, a flowery meadow in a forest clearing, and the faint laughter of the Fae, those describe her soul, in a way. Madeline is usually quiet, and loves to wander off (sometimes when she's supposed to be working) in order to satisfy her curiosity and need for the world and it's secrets. At times, rare times, (like when mercury is in retrograde, just sayin') Madeline can be excitable about her passions which are the horses she cares for, nature, and those whom are her friends. She'll drop everything if it's something she thinks is important, or very happily leaves gifts for people to cheer them up. Secretly, the people at Helm Lock Stables believe Madeline is really a child that was raised by Faeries, because of how her laughter is musical, she is petite and prefers to sleep in grass than a bed, and leaves gifts (sometimes glitter when she's gluing something shiny together) for people to find.
