"That's the only good thing about it. However, it does not fit you at all. You're a lot bigger the the little girl who had him previously." Marie retorted. Cantering Pietro around coolly, Jessie's knee constantly brimmed over the knee roll of her stallion's saddle. It had been two weeks now since she bought Pietro off of his old family. He was supposed to be a young girl's 'mature' mount, if you will. But he was a slight bit too much for her, which led him to live and learn in Jessie's hands. The saddle was custom designed to fit the the previous owner's daughter and Pietro, but since he was sold, the saddle wouldn't work on another horse but him. And it was driving Marie crazy at how it obviously didn't fit her much larger than a child sister. "How did Erwin fit in this saddle yesterday? Did he use one of the other horses? He best have gotten attacked by you too. It's only fair." "I can truly say, that Erwin has never set foot on that horse." "What!? He promised to exercise him for me yesterday!" "I know. He told me when he begged me to ride him instead. Erwin is a scaredy cat, for crying out loud. He won't even walk Annie for me, let alone be alone with her for more than a 10 minutes. I think it's the size that scares him, maybe." Marie explained, she knew yesterday morning that she would be riding both her sister's and her own horse. She was just waiting for her brother to come beg her. She got a kick out of seeing him suffer. "So you rode him for me?" Jessie asked. "I did, he was very lovely. Still a bit spooky, but a complete 180 from when he first arrived. You've worked wonders with him, Jessie." "I think I'll leave him for today, he was fantastic AND I have a bone to pick with Erwin!" "You didn't hear it from me, Pietro told you."
