Our Community Values

Our community values are the cornerstone of the Equus-Sims brand. These values are what we stand for as a community and as individual members. It's the responsibility of everyone–including the Admin–to uphold the values through their behavior, decisions, and actions taken here on our forum.

Community-First
A community-first approach means acting from a place of service, creating new opportunities for everyone, and making decisions that are aligned to the highest good of all involved.

A Community for All Equestrians
We're all here to make sure that everyone feels welcomed, supported, and a part of the group. We don't use language or act in a way that supports or implies exclusivity, elitism, or cliquish behavior, such as reserving attention for the best-looking content or 'popular' members. We're mindful and appreciative of each member's individuality, situation, unique POV, and background. Everyone has a seat at our table.

Leadership and Innovation
This community has been through many different iterations, and we're looking to grow into something new. New ideas, new systems, new activities, all of it is open for discussion here. We're willing to experiment, learn, and grow together to create the best version of Equus-Sims yet.

Behind every activity on this server is the opportunity to tap into your creativity and stretch your imagination. As members, we're celebrating originality and encouraging others to grow and participate in their own way, and feel good about the content that they share. We're helping each other improve our creative skills by inspiring others with our own work, sharing tips, creating helpful tutorials, and encouraging participation through new ways to express creativity.
