[8/21] A Day of Work
 ______________ Pictured: Magic Phantom & Beatris Woodard Description: Today was a busy day at White Oak Stables, lots of horses came into the clinic, and we had several potential clients come in and look at the facilities. I knew I had to get my stallions worked early, so I knew Phantom was going to the first one I rode this morning. Magic Phantom is one of my person horses, he is a 4 year old Warlander colt. He walked out of his stall so quietely, but his ears and eyes showed that he alert and ready to work. I warmed him up on the way to the dressage arena, when we arrived he went straight into work and showed off as some clients walked by.
 Pictured: Like a Lancelot & Beatris Woodard Description: Although not a stallion, Lancelot was still in the stallion stables due to only recently being gelded. Today was his jump school, and I was not thrilled to be jumping in the cold. He is going to be up for sale shortly after some more trailering out.
 Pictured: Nova Haven & Beatris Woodard Description: One of the last horses of the long day was Nova. She is my homebred mare, she is 1/4 Percheron and 3/4 Belgian Warmblood. She is mostly used for dressage, but I do jump her at least twice a month. She is one of my favorites to ride and has such smooth gaits. I'd put any lesson kid on her, and I usually use her out in the fields with weanlings. |

First Foal Arrives
 ____________________________ Pictured: WOS Nexus Eclipse [TB] with her Foal WOS Illustrious Crescent. Description: Last week Nexus gave birth to a beautiful colt. He is the first foal of my stallion WOS Imperio's March, who is a 6 year old Oldenburg eventer. After we take the foal to inspection and it is approved, we will get him branded, and he will be considered an Oldenburg. He shows great promise with his movement and spunk.
