WELCOME:
We breed and train dressage horses.
Our horses are kept outside almost all year long and the foals stay with their mothers until they are weaned. Then we separate the males from the females and we put them in separated pastures until they are two.
Then we separate the anmals that are going to be trained from the breeding stock. Future broodmares join the herd where they were born and future stallions go back to the stables to start their training. Geldings are kept in another facility for training purposes.
Our broodmares are mostly andalusian, arabian and Warmbloods. We have a few draft mares for surrogacy and some other mares that are not bred but are used as lesson horses and training helpers. Old mares live outside with the broodmare herd too.
Our stallions are lusitano, andalusian and Warmblood derivatives. We breed CDE too (which is basically a sport breed crossed with a purebred andalusian) but most of our foals are gelded and/or sold*.
* Usually I keep the templates even if I discard the horse, so if you're interested in any particular cross between any of my horses, just ask me
