Shocking: Alexa posts on her blog again after dropping off the face of the Earth. Equally as shocking: it's empty, minus this sad excuse of a photoset.

    I'm not sure how obvious I made it, but in case you all need telling: I hated my old blog (which still exists for now, because apparently chelsea isn't awake at 4 am solely for the purpose of deleting it when I tell her to). It was nothing short of embarrassing, especially seeing that it had a staggering number of views (I promise I'm not trying to boast, that truly just terrified me.) Apparently it took me a month to muster up the courage to restart—a decision that, like all my others, was made on a whim in the wee hours of night (another shocker, I know). Here's to hoping I'll like this blog better 🥂

On to the actual relevant stuff: A barn rebuild was in order, and I've been meaning to make an edit of my facilities with soft, dim lighting (it's animated if you're on a compatible browser, too!), so voilà. 

Heavily-built for her breeding, skittish for her age.

Which is absolutely not to disregard her attentive mind, her smooth gaits. Her genuine aim to please.

Ygretta CX, more affectionately known as Greta (or sometimes Yogurt), merely needs the confidence. Someone to tell her what she’s doing right, without a doubt. It’s reasonable, considering her gold-gilded pedigree and the high expectations that come with it.

She’s learning, though. Fear is unnecessary when you’re such a stellar mount, with rosettes decorating your stall and the heart of a lion. Or a cub, rather; for now she slinks in the shadows—waiting, waiting—before she catches her prey off-guard.
