 Competition stable offering services in show hunter training & boarding. Located in Kentucky, our farm has a cozy & comfortable stable complex. There are four large paddocks, one of which features views of the lake. Ducks, geese, and a male trumpeter swan have made their home there. We have five areans total: two indoor, one for jumping and one for flatwork; three outdoor jumping arenas. We host several show hunting shows a year, both for our boarders and the public. |

She sat in the pasture for about a year relearning to be a horse, as well as having some much needed weight put on her, then she was started again under saddle. Four years later, she's slowed down a lot and become a dream hunter mare. She's had many wins in the 2-2'6" and has done 3" at home. He's a six year old imported gelding from The Netherlands. He's a smart horse who needs a strong rider because he will test you to see what he can get away with. He can be really lazy, preferring to take the easy way out so he needs someone who can "encourage" him to be better. He's got a wonderful canter rhythm with an atuo change. He hasn't been started over many jumps yet, and he won't be started seriously over jumps for at least another few years, but he shows promise if he can figure out his legs and learn how to focus. He's just been doing tons of flat and groundwork and getting a big refresher in manners! He was an absolute treat obsessed little monster, which just made his biting problem, among other things, worse. However, he is very well bred and has lovely gaits, so we remain optimistic. |
