Adaliina & Oliver Twist
I'd like to introduce our newest rider Adaliina Laukkanen a 17 year old graduate from Finland, who is an absolute nerd involving anything around the esrpg. She is a quiet girl who's mainly found in the hay loft with a stack of books and a blanket. She's an intermediate rider seen galloping through fields and flying over low level fences on the cross country course with our finnhorse mare Anneli. Other times although not as much you can see her going through 3ft jumper courses with Anneli and our newest Oldenburg stallion Oliver Twist who we got from callixta Because of Anneli's recent pregnancy Adaliina has been out of a horse, so she took over and started riding Oliver Twist, and the two have evolved into a lovely pair. Oliver being the sweet, gentle, and patient horse he is makes a perfect teacher for Adaliina. Her hopes and dreams are to take either Oliver or Anneli to the O'Neil Riding Academy where she can enhance her learning and one day compete Internationally.

Thank you everyone for your comments I love reading them and I'm happy you like Oliver, Callixta did an incredible job creating him.
Sunberry Horse Show
"Oh look at him, just look! He's an absolute prince." Pianello, a young Mount Amiata wild horse, came striding into the small grass arena surrounded by tall century old cypress trees. He carried himself proudly, his head high and neck arched, this wasn't him showing off it was simply him. He naturally carried himself proudly, he was a tall well built war horse looking stallion. He threw his head up as the odd fly landed on his pink nose, it was a warm day in Italy and Pianello looked happy since he wasn't entered in any movement classes. Pianello is a rare one of a kind Mount Amiata horse, he's loyal, brave, and bold, a horse fit for a king. His striking features makes him look as if he were a marble statue.
The two of them, Anneli and Talvituli danced and pranced around in their movement class, the sun was hot but covered by clouds at times giving the horses a break from the heat, but the two dancing horses didn't seem to mind the heat. They loved playing with each other and both of them showed off at least five flashy movements each, warming the small crowd of people's hearts. Anneli always takes great pride in being able to show off to the world her little foal and of course do a little showing off for herself.
I've finished two entries so far! I'm hoping to enter a few more horses like Augustin, Oliver, and (another...) new horse. But I'm happy with the two pictures I've done so far. Hope you like them as well.

Such warm, fuzzy evening colors in those photos! And Pianello is a regal horse that's for sure. <3

Sunny Italian Days
Alcatraz a young and rich liver chestnut Thoroughbred and Airider, a coal like dark bay Alt-Oldenburger, rested under a tall pale green tree that sat on top of a small hill. Occasionally one of the horse's would swish their tails or reach over lazily and scratch their stomachs. At the sight of Antonia and Eve's head bobbing up and down the two lifted their heads. Alcatraz whinnied happily, Airider perked his ears but soon continued sleeping. Approaching slowly Eve cooed at Airider who quietly nickered, she stroked his thick neck and pulled out her camera to snap a picture of his sweet face. Meanwhile, Antonia snuggled Alcatraz's face, speaking softly to him about her day. (on the left is RME Airider, on the right is Major Alcatraz AT from eowyn )
Today was the day our newest addition, Major Alcatraz, received a conformation picture. Our rider Antonia Reed has been riding and taking care of him recently, his natural talent and potential for classical dressage has been showing through with his weekly lessons with an experienced instructor. Alcatraz's hooves made a steady clip, clop as he walked down the stone paths heading towards a pretty bridge. Antonia led him to the middle of the bridge, halted him, and took of his halter and lead. "Okay Eve he's ready." "Do you have the treats?" "Yes" Antonia shook the treat bag,but at the same time asked Alcatraz to stay standing. Eve captured as many pictures of him as possible, smiling at his arched Arabian like appearance.
Addaliina and her handsome steed Oliver in their evening jumping lesson trying to beat the heat. Afterwards Addaliina and I rode out to one of the nicest places to watch the calm Italian countryside. Oliver and Augustin enjoyed the quiet hack, they got the chance to witness a cargo train go by.

Training Day Part 1
Today was the day my coach drove to Austria from her small farm in France, she has come to do a few lessons with all of us. The first horse I rode was RME Harry's Creamy Coffee, or Harry. He has just turned ten in July, he's a Hanoverian but only partly, his dam is a lovely Knabstrupper who used to do a lot of eventing but is now slowly focusing on dressage and getting fat on the lush mountain grass. Harry's Sire was a looker and the two horses almost identical in appearance share the same desire to dance in the ring. When Harry was born we were sure he was going to be our next Grand Prix stallion, but after awhile of getting to know him and seeing him under saddle we noticed he lacked some of the important qualities dressage stallions need. Even though he isn't able to compete at the top he has still done wonderful things, October of last year he competed in Prix St Georges earning himself 70.4% and second place. However the judge at that show explained that even though he's a wonderful horse he just lacks some the qualities top level horses need. We didn't want to push him so now he joins in for occasional lessons and competes locally in third and fourth level dressage tests. We have even been throwing the idea in the air of someone leasing him for a few months out of the year to gain experience, but we'll see. My second ride of the day was on RME Nepenthe, she has just recently been lugged out of the great mountain pastures, along with some other mares, to show us that she's ready to produce some foals. We are all greatly excited to see what she'll someday produce as she's been showing some tremendous potential, as of yet we are still focusing on her training but we have also been discreetly scouring the land for a fitting stallion to show up. She's one of our Oldenburg mares, turning seven in September, we hope she'll make a good broodmare but if not we know she will most definitely prove herself to be a super dressage mare. Love, Antonia
P.S. Thank you for letting me ramble.
!! I have a question, would anyone possibly be interested in leasing Harry for a few months? (the black one ) Also I'm making progress on my facilities, so some day when I have more finished I want to do a facility tour.
Alexa - Thank you Alexa I find colours are so hard to get right together so I'm happy you think they look alright!

I just read through your entire Scrapbook, I love the small stories (especially the one about the first training day) and I would love to read more in the future! Your horses are so pretty, I am in love with Olivers coat, he looks stunning! In your previous post you asked if anyone would be interested in perhaps leasing Harry for a few months, I would be interested if the offer still stands I don't have a scrapbook yet but I am working on my website as we speak so there will soon be pictures avialable in case you want to see where your horse would be going before you lease him out.
