Mrs. B had made a 'last-minute' change to the plans. In Christians mind, the plan was not really the best of Mrs. B's plans lately.

The little filly was such an eye-catcher for the photographer, and if you wasn't thinking that it couldn't be possible, it would almost look like if the filly was actually posing for him.
